Shipping Time

Orders placed Monday - Friday (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped within 48 hours of order receipt. You will be provided with a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

For orders placed on weekends, we will process and ship out on the following Monday.

It takes about 8-15 business day to your place

Order Tracking Information
You will receive a notice of shipment email with tracking information upon the shipment of your order.
You may also track your order at the footer of our website to input your tracking number in the account center.
It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse the package to have your order returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
Delivery and Inspection 
Once you (or someone else on your behalf) collect the item, Makcosmos will consider this your acceptance of the package, quantity, and product. You are highly recommended to shoot a complete unboxing video to protect your rights. Suppose you notice any damage to the packaging. If items are missing or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the package so we can resolve the problem immediately.

FAQ

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or shipping carrier for more information in the meantime! If you do not receive your order in a couple of days, please contact us within 3 days of the last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information.
What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered?
If your order is shipping to a domestic address, shipping typically takes 8-15 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. We recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier for more information on the status of your order. If your order has exceeded typical shipping times, please contact us.
My order tracking hasn't been updated for many days?
We're so sorry for the delay with your package! Although tracking does not indicate this, we can assure you that your package is still in transit to you. If the tracking wasn't updated for more than 3 days, please contact us for further help.
 
Will my package be charged delivery/customs fees?
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Duties will be determined by the country of import of your order based off product value.
